Support is a monthly subscription service with the first year under contract. We use trouble tickets for tracking and organization. Existing customers jump to the front of the line with priority routing. All support customers have emergency 24 hour support.
We will support ANY Asterisk install: Freepbx, Elastix, Click4PBX, Asterisk Now, PBXinaFlash, Trixbox, Traditional flat files, Realtime architecture, A2billing, Flash Operator Panel, Asterisk Recording Interface, even sinfull Proprietary GUI's.
Gold support includes 3 hours per month for technical assistance. Use your hours to add users, add features, and maintain your investment. SLA's are flexible to client interests.
For customers who want immediate results. Includes 24x7 support, MAC work, system upgrades, regular security testing, monitoring, online chat, system backups and restorations.
